Our mission for the ARROW Program is to propel women forward after an adoption placement. We aim to give hope and resources to help these women get back on their feet after giving birth. We want them to excel in life and achieve their goals and dreams. We believe every birth mother deserves God's redeeming love and want to help them see their worth. By offering opportunities, life skills, community, and counseling, we will restore hope within and encourage moving forward after placement.
Each month, we host virtual birth mother support groups led by a birth mother of 17+ years. This group is meant to be a safe space to share their story and build connections with others who know what walking in their shoes is like.

Adoption is a lifelong journey, and we know with that comes grief at different stages. We want to give birth mothers the support they need throughout their post-placement journey. Flourish Adoption Ministries offers free lifetime counseling services to any birth mother who places their child for adoption through our agency.
We know postpartum care is difficult, whether or not you make an adoption plan. We provide postpartum care packages, known as "Flourish Boxes," for every woman we work with, whether she places her child for adoption or decides to parent. These boxes include a Peri bottle, nursing pads, a devotional, and other necessary items. We also provide baby items such as bottles, diapers, and more for those who decide to parent. Aside from this, if a woman chooses to place her child for adoption, we can continue providing the birth mother financial assistance for 6 to 8 weeks post-placement.
Community is an essential part of healing, and who understands the adoption journey better than other birth moms? Each month, we host a virtual birth mother support group led by a birth mother of 17+ years. This group is meant to be a safe space for birth mothers to share their stories and build connections with others who know what it's like to walk in their shoes. If you would like to join our birth mom support group, please contact us, and we would love to add you!
