In 2014, after experiencing their own adoption journeys our co-founders felt a strong calling to create a different kind of adoption agency. They decided to start serving hopeful adoptive families. At that time, they knew they wanted to work with adoptive families, providing them with support, encouragement, and education throughout the process.
By 2017, these ladies both felt the Lord expanding their vision to include support for expectant mothers. They recognized a significant gap in the resources and support available to these women and wanted to address this need by offering ethical adoption education and lifelong support. The goal was to elevate the concept of open adoption, fostering a relational experience between adoptive families and birth families. We still strive to continue to create an environment where both sides of the adoption triad can thrive together.
In 2024, we changed the name of the organization to better encompass our hope for every family we serve—to see them Flourish and create a beautiful adoption story.
In Decision Making - Each decision we make should be a step further along the journey God has laid out for us.
At Home - Consider how you spend your time, resources, energy, spiritual gifts, and understanding of God. Everything we have was meant to bring God glory.
At Work - Putting God first with our work can be the catalyst others need to want to get to know Him.
